Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Cleanup for your personal or internal business purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While Cleanup is designed to safely manage your files, we strongly recommend creating backups before performing any cleanup operations.

4.2 System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements to run Cleanup and for maintaining your device's operating system and security.

4.3 Proper Use

You agree to use Cleanup in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your use of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cleanup and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Computer damage or system failure
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cleanup and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

Cleanup processes all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data to our servers.

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleanup regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the Service.

18. Third-Party Services

Cleanup does not integrate with third-party services. All functionality is provided independently by the application itself.
